We at Woodside here would absolutely recommend Coup Technology. Since we have moved to them for our IT support we couldn't be more impressed with the service, knowledge and constant willingness to go the extra mile for us no matter the request. They helped us transition from quite an old fashioned setup with Microsoft on-premise servers to a fully cloud-based and remote working environment which has transformed the way we work. They also upgraded our phone system last year to a VOIP Microsoft Teams solution and the whole process from start to finish was handled without a glitch by Tim and the team. Their day to day responsiveness is fantastic and they are always able to resolve our issues quickly, without fail. They are so proactive and in our opinion are a rare example of a really well run company who operate with integrity, fairness and a desire to provide the best service possible for their customers.
