Since we have moved to them for our IT support we couldn't be more impressed with the service, knowledge and constant willingness to go the extra mile for us no matter the request. They helped us transition from quite an old fashioned setup with Microsoft on-premise servers to a fully cloud-based and remote working environment which has transformed the way we work. They also upgraded our phone system last year to a VOIP Microsoft Teams solution and the whole process from start to finish was handled without a glitch by Tim and the team.
